Questions about plans
What counts as a video?
One video is used the first time you render a project. Re-rendering the same project, for example after changing a scene, is free. Each rendered variant of a product ad counts as one video.
Do unused videos roll over?
No. Paid plans get a fresh allowance each month you pay, and unused videos do not carry over. The Free plan is 3 videos, given once — it does not refill.
What is the watermark on free videos?
Videos made on the Free plan carry a small "Made with cliptaps.com" mark. Every paid plan removes it.
Can I post straight to TikTok, Reels and Shorts?
On every paid plan you can connect your TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts and publish from ClipTaps. On the Free plan you download the video and post it yourself.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly. Upgrade from Free at any time. To switch between paid plans, go to Settings → Subscription: the new plan applies right away and its price from your next billing date. Cancel there too, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan needs only an account.
